We bring the appropriate number of puppies for your event size and format, with a maximum of 20 puppies per event. We aim for approximately a 2:1 attendee-to-puppy ratio, with 3:1 as our minimum target for scheduled sessions.
Because our puppies are adoptable rescue animals, availability can change due to adoptions, illness, age, temperament, or other factors. We may bring fewer puppies than the maximum when appropriate. Puppy welfare always comes first.
-
That depends on the size and format of your event. Smaller groups can receive more dedicated puppy time, while larger events require more rotations or a drop-in format.
For scheduled events, we divide attendees into manageable groups and rotate them through supervised puppy zones. For large events, we recommend a drop-in format where individual puppy time is not guaranteed.
-
Scheduled experiences are best for smaller and mid-size groups. Attendees are divided into groups and given a designated period of time with the puppies. This allows us to guarantee dedicated puppy interaction time.
Drop-in experiences are recommended for larger events. Puppies become one of several activities happening concurrently, and attendees can visit the puppy areas throughout the event. This gives us greater flexibility to manage puppy rest and prevents overcrowding.
-
We generally recommend drop-in experiences for events with 150+ attendees.
While a 150-person event can technically be scheduled, doing so would require multiple rotations and relatively short puppy sessions within our two-hour maximum. A drop-in format creates a more relaxed experience for both attendees and puppies.

We can operate up to two supervised puppy zones, with a maximum of 20 attendees per zone.
For smaller events, we may use just one zone.
-
You can tell us your preferred experience, but we determine the final number of puppies based on attendance, puppy availability, temperament, age, and welfare.
Our maximum is 20 puppies, but we don't automatically bring 20 puppies to every event. We bring the number that is appropriate for the event.
-
Because these are real rescue puppies, availability can change. A puppy may be adopted, become ill, need additional rest, or otherwise be unavailable.
We cannot guarantee a specific puppy or exact puppy count. If availability changes, we'll adjust the event format as needed to provide the best possible experience while prioritizing puppy welfare.
-
Puppy events can run for up to two hours. The appropriate length depends on attendance and the format.
Smaller scheduled events may be as short as one hour, while larger drop-in events can use the full two-hour window.

Absolutely. In fact, large events often work best when puppies are one of several activities. A drop-in puppy experience can run alongside food, games, wellness activities, photo opportunities, vendors, or other employee or community programming.
This allows attendees to interact with the puppies at their own pace while keeping the experience comfortable and manageable for the dogs.
